Please follow these easy steps to be registered for the camp or camps you would like to attend.
Click on the camp you wish to attend below. Please fill out the form, print, sign the form and mail to the address below with required deposit.
Deaf Children’s Camp: Print and fill out the registration form the attending camper. Please use one form for each camper. You may make additional photocopies if needed.

After you have registered you will receive a confirmation letter, map of the camp, camp rules, what to bring list, and any additional forms that are required.
IMPORTANT! If you are applying for financial help, please check YES on the financial help question on the registration form. A financial help form will be mailed to you. Please fill out and return. Financial help will not be granted without a completed form. We also recommend that you contact local service clubs (PSI IOTA XI, Lions, Sertoma, Kiwanis, etc.) or your church for financial help. If you are asking for financial help, PLEASE apply early. Don’t wait for the last minute to register!!!
